Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yellow Blush.
We take pride in offering quality ethnic and modern fashion crafted with care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must not fall under non-returnable categories such as innerwear, accessories, or customized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or alterations made by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@yellowblush.in or call us at +91 80194 06677 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and a clear picture of the product (if defective or damaged).
  3. Our support team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account) within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit.
  • If your return is approved but the item fails inspection, partial refunds or exchange options may be offered.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size or color.
  • You received a defective or damaged product.

If the desired size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered garments
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping charges.
